Meet Vidya Nair

Hi! I am Vidya. I understand that it takes great courage and resolve to seek therapy. I show up for my clients consistently, providing a safe space. As a licensed therapist, my goal is to help my clients be seen, heard, and validated. My focus is to bring healing to children and families experiencing difficult relationship dynamics and traumatic events. I have extensive experience working with children, teens, young adults, and women who are experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions and grief. I have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, providing coaching and support for ADHD, and working with behavior concerns.
I have training in multiple therapeutic modalities such as Trauma-Focused CBT, Play Therapy, EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and many other Narrative and Relational therapeutic approaches. I can support families going through divorce, reunification, narcissism, and grief.
We all become stories, and you have the power to write your story. I consider it an honor to work as your therapist and be part of your journey. I bring my multicultural lens to my practice and believe in working with a cultural framework. My role as a therapist is to help you identify your resources, break cycles, and empower you!
